NATIONAL VGA Tournament Committee
The National Tournament Committee was formed to do the following arrangements:
- Promote the National VGA Tournament
- Decides on location & course
- Works with sponsors and advertisers
- Manages the tournament budget
- Coordinates the trophies & awards.
- Work with the other committees
NATIONAL VGA Rules Committee
The National Rules Committee will be formed to layout the following.
- Format of play, Individual and team
- Rules and regulation for the National VGA Tournament
- Pairings and different flights arrangements
- Handicaps

The Ladies National VGA Committee will be formed to create the following:
- Promote and encourage more female Vietnamese players
- Organize pairings, format and rules for the National VGA Tournament.
- Coordinate with National VGA Committee
